CELLCUBA – Refund and Returns Policy
At CELLCUBA, we stand behind the quality of all our products and offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, exclusively against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
– Applies to all electronic products and accessories purchased at CELLCUBA
– The warranty only covers proven manufacturing defects or failures.
– It does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, drops, moisture, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
Conditions to Apply for Warranty
– The product must be returned to our office in Miami for inspection.
– It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories included, without signs of misuse or physical damage.
– Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt issued by CELLCUBA) is required.
– Our technical team will perform an inspection to confirm whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
Claim Process
– Contact our support team at info@cellcuba.com to start the review process.
– Bring or ship the product to our office for evaluation.
– If it is confirmed that the product has a manufacturing defect, you may choose between:
- Product replacement (subject to availability), or
- Store credit for future purchases.
Limitations
– This warranty does not cover data loss, shipping expenses, or indirect damages.
– CELLCUBA is not responsible for failures caused by misuse or external conditions unrelated to manufacturing.
– The final decision regarding warranty validity will be determined by our technical team.
